Please note: AXS is the only authorized seller of tickets for AEG Presents events at Jacobs Pavilion. Websites such as StubHub, VividSeats, TheFlatsPavilion, TicketsonSale, etc. are resale marketplaces which rely on a seller to transfer tickets. Our box office has limited abilities to assist with ticket issues from resale websites. In the event of a problem with the ticket or the order, while we will make every effort to accommodate our patrons, the original AXS purchaser is the only person for whom we can release or reprint the tickets.

MOBILE TICKETS

The default (free!) method of delivery for tickets purchased online is AXS Mobile ID. Download the AXS app on a smartphone and log in using the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. For enhanced ticket security, the mobile barcode changes every 60 seconds, so screenshots cannot be accepted for entry. If you purchased tickets for someone else to use, be sure to transfer the tickets to their account through either the AXS app or AXS.com. For more info on AXS Mobile ID, please visit here.

WILL CALL

Tickets may be picked up at the will call window of the box office at any time prior to the show and day of show. You may pick up will call tickets at any of our three venues during the box office hours. When picking up, you must have the credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets at will call. Venue does not accept will call drop off. Guest list and concert winners must have I.D. matching the name that was given to the box office. Will Call name changes must go through the original point of sale / contest.
